CourseForge Studio

CourseForge Terms

A plain-language launch summary for using CourseForge Studio. Formal customer agreements can be added before broad self-serve sales.

Platform access

CourseForge Studio provides hosted workspaces for creating, selling, delivering, and tracking learning programs.

  • Each tenant workspace has its own courses, learners, offers, branding, and activity records.
  • CourseForge Library curriculum is controlled by CourseForge and can be attached to tenant catalogs by reference.
  • Tenant-owned courses stay separate from CourseForge-owned source curriculum.

Customer responsibilities

Workspace owners are responsible for the content, offers, learner communications, pricing, and promises they publish to their learners.

  • Keep course content accurate and appropriate for the intended audience.
  • Use learner data only for legitimate training, support, and business operations.
  • Do not use CourseForge to publish illegal, misleading, or harmful material.

Billing and availability

CourseForge platform plans cover the software workspace. Tenant offers cover learner access inside a workspace.

  • Platform billing and tenant course offers are intentionally separate.
  • Stripe may process checkout, subscription, and payment events when live billing is enabled.
  • Service interruptions, maintenance, and support windows may occur while the platform continues toward launch maturity.
