CourseForge Studio

CourseForge Privacy

CourseForge keeps workspace, learner, course, and operational data separated by tenant workspace and uses it to run the learning platform.

Data CourseForge may handle

The platform stores the information needed to operate courses, offers, learner access, email drafts, comments, certificates, quiz results, and admin workflows.

  • Account details such as names, emails, roles, and workspace membership.
  • Learning records such as enrollments, progress, submissions, quiz scores, and issued credentials.
  • Operational records such as orders, checkout requests, audit events, notifications, and uploaded course assets.

How data is used

CourseForge uses data to deliver the application, keep workspaces separated, help admins support learners, and improve launch readiness.

  • Tenant admins can review their own workspace activity and learner records.
  • CourseForge system owners can review platform health, billing readiness, tenant setup, and support signals.
  • Payment processing and email delivery may use trusted providers such as Stripe and Resend when configured.

Control and support

CourseForge is built around workspace boundaries, export paths, audit logs, and visible operational review.

  • Workspace admins can export many operating records from the admin area.
  • Learner and support questions should be routed through the workspace owner or CourseForge support.
  • Production privacy, retention, and deletion policies can be tightened before wider self-serve launch.
